Kane has proven season by season that he is one of the best forwards in the Premier League having won back-to-back Golden Boot awards, but now that he is showing it on the European stage, people are beginning to discuss whether he can be considered among football’s elite.
So far in 2017, the 24-year-old has scored six hat-tricks, which is four more than Barcelona star Lionel Messi and Real Madrid hero Cristiano Ronaldo have recorded, with both nabbing two hat-tricks.

Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris has done little to quieten the comparisons by claiming that Kane is as important to the North London outfit as Messi and Ronaldo are to their clubs.

We are not surprised about Harry, we know his talent, his skills, his aptitude to score goals and important goals. He is our main player, like in top teams, in Real Madrid you have Ronaldo, in Barca you have Messi.”
