da brwin: The first-half of Arsenal’s second game in 2017 is proving to be a disaster for the Gunners, who surprisingly fell two goals behind to Premier League minnows Bournemouth and look set for a third consecutive away defeat in the league.
da premier bet: After Charlie Daniels took advantage of sloppy defending to give the hosts the lead, Arsenal’s summer signing Granit Xhaka handed Eddie Howe’s side a late Christmas gift with an awful challenge to give Bournemouth a penalty.
Callum Wilson stepped-up to double Bournemouth’s advantage from the spot and Arsenal Twitter was understandably furious with the man they spent over £30m to bring to the club, with fingers being pointed at the Swiss international.
It’s difficult to argue that Arsenal fans were being unfair in their criticism and it’s a big worry for the Gunners, who have Santi Cazorla injured, Mohamed Elneny at the African Cup of Nations and saw Francis Coquelin hobble off in the first-half.
