Suarez is in line to return to action in during Liverpool’s Capital One Cup clash with Manchester United, and Enrique is excited by the prospect of playing alongside him once again:
“Obviously there was interest from Arsenal and Luis had to deal with that.” He is quoted by the Daily Star.
“But he will put all that behind him now and he has shown that in training. He has been in good spirits, has had some fun, is happy and is always smiling.
“It was never a problem for us because we wanted him to stay and we know he is a fantastic player.
“You might argue that when he returns it could be said that we have the best attacking line-up around at the moment.
“Suarez is an amazing player, one of the very best I have played with.
“He is so good when he is one-on-one with a defender, he has such quick feet, he has great pace and is good in the air.
“He has a lot of fight in him and can easily become the top scorer in the league.”
Liverpool are currently the only side in the Premier League with a 100% record following their three wins against Stoke, Aston Villa and Manchester United.
Suarez is expected to return to the starting XI, despite the form of Daniel Sturridge.
